Block Emails from Making Purchases#195

Hello,

The community I sell to is fairly tight knit, and I would love the ability to block specific emails that are linked to troublesome users. Users that are known for redistributing packages or even attempting charge backs. I know the system automatically blocks users who make charge backs, but I’d like to have some sort of control over who can and can’t purchase from my shop.

^ This is so key!! Gumroad Support used to at least help when we needed to block troublesome users, but now they no longer do which causes a lot of issues.

This is really worth addressing given how big of a problem piracy and illegal redistribution are in the digital products space.

Gumroad is leaving creators vulnerable to nefarious parties & lost revenue by not allowing us to block specific emails/IPs/etc.

Why is this still not on the roadmap?? It seems fairly simple to implement, and creators need protection from piracy, copycats, and abuse.

Totally agree on this. It seems this simple option would be a big relief to many creators and cause less problems for Gumroad itself too.

Not sure how this is gonna help. If one email gets blocked, dude just have to create another.
