Cart abandonment#247

It would be good to have something available on Gumroad to deal with abandoned carts. We often see people get to checkout and not proceed with their order. It would be great if there was a way to capture their details and potential order so they could be followed up to find out what happened or whether they require assistance.

If this gets added then I wont think about switching platforms at all - loving the new upsell feature

I think cart abandonment will really drive revenue to creators and consequently Gumroad (and would be a reason to stay)

Definitely, a cart abandonment function is truly a game changer.

The good news is that Sahil (according to his email to me) hopes to redo email UX in Q3 or Q4 (2023) and add abandoned cart emails as part of that.
