Reduce clutter and remove unnecessary elemnts#251

There are elements on some pages that confuse new customers. I suggest:

• Remove the “Read” button; most people download the PDF and read it on their device
• Remove the “Send to Kindle” button, I have never seen this option on other websites; why only on Gumroad?
• Remove the “Tweet & Share” buttons, nobody uses these anymore :)
• Remove signup, if possible; I think it adds complexity to the user experience. Most people buy, download and leave.
