It’s extremely necessary for Gumroad to give us the the option of payouts via Payoneer and also wire transfer (FOR ALL COUNTRIES, NOT SOME). PayPal does not function in every country, and is limited in others too. Their outrageous policies keeps getting more outrageous with every policy update they make, and one can easily get money withheld, temporarily limited, or even permanently kicked off PayPal without given a reason.
PayPal is only a MIDDLE MAN. If the middle man gets greedy or mischievous, then another middle man should be seeked for.
EVERYBODY SHOULD UPVOTE THIS TOPIC FEATURE IMMEDIATELY, SO GUMROAD SEE’S IT TO WORK ON IT. THE SOONER, THE BETTER.

Exactly! Paypal does not function fully in many countries. Adding Payoneer should be a priority for Gumroad. You have sellers from different regions in the world.

Any timeline for this feature?

I have just tried to withdraw my money from PayPal and I would say that this is an app that normal people should be forbidden to interact with) Unfortunately, Stripe does not open accounts for the country of my residence. That is why I kindly ask Gumroad to consider the possibility to include Payoneer to your withdrawal methods.
If it is posiible I would be happy. That is my customer vote if it is valuable)
