please make the full traffic source's url available#296

On the analytics page, the referral url is only partial. For example youtube.com rather than youtube.com/name of video.

This makes it impossible to learn why some videos result in massive sales in order to replicate their success. Especially if the video’s are not my own.

I can appreciate this is a necessity on the analytics page, but please could the full url be kept in the CSV file?
