Send post/emails to customers when we schedule or post them#440

After waiting seven hours for my Black Friday email to be sent to my customers, I would appreciate it if someone on the team could investigate why it’s taking so long for emails/posts to be sent. I already contacted support about this but I figured I should bring it to your attention here as well. Thanks.

I’ve had this problem in the past, too. Support told me that this can happen if multiple people with a big audience have emails to their audience in queue before you, it can take a couple of hours until your posts will be sent.

They also stated that the software team is aware of this and is working through a solution. No idea how long this will take to be resolved though.

Black Friday is probably one of those days when you have to factor in delays like this, I imagine many creators send out posts and emails to their audiences.
