Need Minimum Amount for Discount coupon code#756

When I set a coupon code for my customer just like PTSALE with 2$ extra discount only if product having more 10$ amount.

But customers purchase our products having price below 10$, and Coupon code works even if we set minimum amount.

Because they add more then two products to qualify the Minimum Amount for Discount coupon code.

We need a feature by which we can set Minimum products for Discount coupon code to be apply.
